2.Description of Service
VoCards is a vocabulary learning application that allows users to create custom flashcards with text, images, and audio recordings to enhance language learning and memorization.
3.Account Registration
You may use VoCards as a guest with limited features or create an account for full functionality
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
Subscription Plans
- Free Plan
Create up to 10 albums
Store up to 100 cards total
Access to basic games
Limited cloud storage
- VoCards Pro Subscription
VoCards Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription:
Monthly Plan: $4.99 USD per month
Annual Plan: $29.99 USD per year (equivalent to $2.49 per month)
Pro Features Include:
Ad-free experience
Store up to 1,000 cards
Unlimited access to all games
VIP community access
Beta testing opportunities
Priority support
Subscription Terms:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
5.User Content
You retain all rights to content you create in VoCards
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for providing the service
You are responsible for the content you create and must not upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
6.Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of VoCards is also governed by our Privacy Policy
We implement user data isolation to ensure your cards and albums are private to your account
We do not share your personal data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy
7.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the App to store or distribute malicious content
8.Intellectual Property
The VoCards App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright laws
"VoCards" is our trademark
These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or intellectual property
9.Disclaimers
VoCards is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
We are not responsible for any loss of data or content
10.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VoCards.
11.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of VoCards after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12.Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately
